It is to die for.

Just know it is really rich and you will need a glass of milk!

Haha, just keepin it classy with my milk in my plastic wine glass from Target.

P.S. I totally forgot to tell you all that I decided to throw and apple into the mix. I like apple bits in my coffee cake. It was quite delicious with the warm baked apples!
