Le Cupcake.

I have been watching cupcake wars lately
and it reminded me how much I love cupcakes.

I always thought it would be so fun to have my own little cupcake shop,

but how do you even begin to create your own recipe? 

It seems really difficult.

Plus if you have some sort of bakery you have to 

get up REALLY early every morning

to make your product fresh everyday,

And let's face it...I am NOT a morning person at all.

So that thought of starting my own shop probably will never happen.

Anyway, I learned a lot from watching cupcake wars.

It is amazing that the cupcake has become so popular the last few years.

Cupcakes are almost like a new, hip, fashion trend...

but in the baking world.

I apologize for my lack of substance in my posts lately.

I actually have been getting some hours at work so thats good.

And today (well yesterday, it's 12:30 now) 

was my sister Kayla's birthday today!

Happy Birthday Kayla!

And I can't believe she is getting married in about a week,

time seriously flies.

P.S. I forgot to mention I am for sure having cupcakes at my wedding,
