About Me. Brooke.

Hello, My name is Brooke Matson. Welcome to my blog. 

One thing you MUST know about me: I LOVE fashion and shopping. 

So many people tell me that my love for clothes and fashion is just an addiction but I would have to disagree with them. Fashion is my passion. And yes, this may sound very cheesy but it is part of my life and I love it. 

I feel that my love for fashion is not superficial or because I want to have the best clothes. 

There is something about fashion that makes my life feel a little more complete.

When I put together an outfit I am not just throwing clothes on. It is a thought out process of color pallets, patterns, textures, silhouettes, and shapes. My mind is constantly running; thinking about what articles of clothing I can pair with one another, different occasions where I can wear certain outfits, and what new outfits can be created with the existing clothing that I have. 

When I think about fashion I am in my own world; a world where I belong; a world where I can create whatever I want and it sets me free. 


A few more things about me:

I attend Brigham Young University-Idaho. I know it is one of the coldest places ever but I have learned to love it. 
Currently my major is Photography with a minor in clothing construction.
I have 3 amazing sisters and a wonderful Mom and Dad. 
I cannot wait to have a family of my own one day and be with them forever. 
I love MAC makeup. I would play with their makeup products ALL DAY LONG if I could. 
I enjoy dancing and singing anywhere I go (and yes that includes the public eye)! 
My mind is only full of creativity, that means there is not enough room for difficult math, science, or history in my head. 
I would consider myself fluent in American Sign Language (note to self: use ASL more so I don't lose it). 
One of the greatest joys I have is spending time with my cousins Jenna (6), Elle (4), and Steele (2). Another one is on the way and I cannot wait for her to arrive. She is expected on Valentines Day! 


I am BRAND NEW to the "blogging world" so any advice from any experienced bloggers is highly welcomed.
