Some people, like James Franco are just born drop-dead-gorgeous.

That is the first thing we usually judge about a person, their looks.

It sounds bad but we all do it.

We can't help it, it's human nature.

But this isn't what matters.

We need to look deeper.

We need to see the beauty on the inside.

If we don't take the time to do this we will be missing out on some amazing people. 

Remembering to look on the inside of others, 

we need to also look inside ourselves.

Beauty starts from the inside out.

If we have beauty within, 

it will beam like a light and start to show on the outside. 

Look for beauty all around you.

It's everywhere.

Look for the beauty in yourself.

Don't be vain or conceited, humble yourself.

It is okay to recognize your talents and build yourself up.

Confidence is key,

but be careful,

there is a fine line between confident and cocky.

If you ever are walking past someone

and you are about to think something critical of them,

stop yourself and think of a compliment.

Always search for the good in others.
